Rubbing sound

I've been experiencing a rubbing sound from the front of my car here lately. It sounds like the tires rubbing on the fender, but I don't see any visual signs of rubbing anywhere. It increases in speed as I drive faster, and does it when I'm going straight or turning. Any ideas?

Probably a loose fender liner. Check the fender liner on both sides. I resently hit a cardboard box on a curve on highway, did not look like any damage. But it broke all the clips under front of bumper, and I did not look under. A few days later I hear a rubbing sound and the engine splash shield and left liner came apart.

Or you might need a wheel balance, if the sound increases/decreases with acceleration/brake, try rotating the tyres. See if the noise shifts from the front to back. Check the tyres for buldge while rotating.

If you feel pulsating in your steering wheel while braking, it will be your rotors.
