Loved the Michelin Primacy MVX4's I had on my '04 when I had to drive through a heavy snow storm across eastern Ohio in 2012. Finally drove out of the storm near Columbus. Other cars were sliding off the interstate into the median but my Accord plowed on through.

I am not sure which is the kind I had. I know it's Michelin and that's about it. Slips quite often and definitely not made for snow.

I just got the WRG3 on today! Immediately, I can feel the difference. The car seems to have much better traction now, and VSA didn't kick in when it would normally for my no-season tire. Seems to be a little quieter now, too. I am glad I got them.

Now I won't be afraid of the snow in BC!

Photos of new tires, or it didn't happen!

I've heard good things about the Primacy tires. The Michelin Pilots that came with my car were sucktacular.

Here they are.

In the 4th photo, I used flash; I didn't in the 2nd one.

I looked one of the old photos and realized that I had Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3. To be honest, they could just be worn out, but needless to say, I wasn't happy with them.

The nasty white stuff is gone in Victoria, BC for now. There is still some in Vancouver, so if I go there when it snows, I will be all prepared.

Thanks for the reviews. Please come back and report on how these Nokian's perform in the spring and summer.
