Help needed! Compass calibration

Yesterday, I decided to have the compass calibrated and to change zone (has not been made since I got the car from an owner located in another zone).

I read and followed instructions in owner manual. I got to the point where "CAL" symbol is on and where indication is blinking. I then drove in two circles around but it still is in calibration mode. I stopped and restarted the car but still blinking. Quite irritating...

What must be done to end up the process?? Thanks!

...That's the first thing I did. All that's written is how to have it calibrated. I tried to redo it but I can't go back to step one as holding the button for 5 seconds (also tried much more than 5 seconds) change nothing.

I added the OEM auto day/light mirror with compass accessory. Drove around the block slowly like 10 times before it finally calibrated.

I wrote the OP early this morning. I just got out and turned the ignition key and looks the CAL mode got off overnight as indication is not blinking anymore. Will try it again next time I drive. Thanks for the comments!
