side underbody spoiler.

A few months ago I ran over some crap and got a huge dent under the front passenger door, it scrapped the paint too. I applied touch up paint recently but in new york its been really sunny lately and the dent looks like a monster. Lol. So Im planning to install the side body spoiler so it could cover the dent. I just want to get you guys opinion on how will the car look just with the side spoiler. Odd? I really don't want to buy the rear and front spoiler yet.

if you get the side spoilers you should get the fronts and rears also.if you just did the sides i think it would look funny.

thats what i fear. before all this happened i was planning to install the complete kit in a year or two once i felt comfort with drilling into my car. i really dont like drilling holes on my cars so soon. the front and rear require drilling.

I'd wager that you can get away without the rears... but do get the fronts. Some may even think it would look better without rears.

This! There's a civic in town here with just side skirts, and also its side skirts from a body kit, not just oem. It hangs down like 3 inches lower than the front and rear bumpers... I don't understand what people are thinking sometimes. On the positive side, they are at least painted. Lol

do you really want the side skirts? you might be able to save money buy going thru paintless dent repair at body shops.

This is beyond PDR.....The paint has already been removed.

This will not be a cheap repair. You cant just pound out a rocker panel and call it a day.

I agree. But someone told me it might run me 1000 just because of were its located. The location of the dent seems to be part of the chassis, hard n thick metal. Im willinh to pay 500 to get it fixed. And believe me if I get it fixed thet body kit won't be seeing me for a very long time.

The easy way is to fill it with bonda, spray it and move on. That will potential affect resale value down the road. A shop may tell you because of the steel that is used they may want to replace the rocker.
