So my windshield fluids are spraying when i use my right signal. Sprays each time it blinks. Checked all the fuses and they were all good. Any ideas? Also it only does it when the car is running. If the headlights are off, you can hear the motor activate but no fluids come out. When the lights are on, it sprays the windshield fluids out.:dunno::dunno:
What motor is activating when the headlights are off? Clearly something other than the washer pump, since it does not spray. Maybe stop by a church on the way to the dealer. :smile
OK, seriously, if your Accord has a combination switch like this late model Odyssey, you have turn signals, headlights and washer fluid pump controlled through one central switch. The fact that the headlights being on or off affects it, makes me suspect this switch.
This is a pretty awesome glitch never heard of this one before. Must be running out of washer fluid often. Take it to a dealer if its still under 3 years old. Report back.
The smart enthusiasts usually do. As a former BMW driver(old one I semi restored, new ones have little interest to me) there were angry threads about how the other 95% of BMW drivers made the rest of us look like imbeciles.
There could be something said of Accord and Camrys with turn signals on constantly.....
