How expensive/feasible would it be to get 3 illuminated window switches (like the EX's have) and install them?
One for the passenger front door and the other two for the rear doors.
EDIT: You should know that I've done this sort of thing already on my previous car. I put chrome door handles and window switches in. Of course, the Accord already has chrome door handles.... and chrome window switches would look hideous. I just want to make them all light up at night like they do on the driver's door.

I can get you the wire diagram for the power windows. The days of the "one harness fits all" is gone. So you'd need to tap into what's there or add wires. I'd think if you want it to be like the EX, then you'd buy those buttons & wiring them into your doors. Let me know what you'd want to take a look at & see about posting it for you.

Hmm... I don't want to mess with any wiring.
I thought it would be like my Intrepid was. The switch snaps in to a plug-and-play connector on the wiring. It was a 3 minute job once the door panel was removed.
If it's more complicated than that, I don't want to mess with it.
Thanks anyway for the info. :)

Are you sure that your Main window switch isn't OFF?? Ours turns off the lights on the rest of the doors when it's off. I didn't know that until last night! We had two 5 year old boys with us coming home from another grandchild's BD party in Frseno. One of the boys has to mess with EVERYTHING & we turned off the main switch to discover it also turns off the lights!!:)

Yeah, I'm sure. The LX's don't have passenger and rear illuminated window switches. Only the driver's window switches are illuminated.

Well, it would've been cool if that's all it was.....

Well, I popped off the plastic piece that holds the passenger side window and door lock switches... out of curiosity...
.. and I found that the window/door lock switch is one piece that's wired up with a molded connector.
princess... are you sure this wouldn't be as simple as taking out the old switch module and putting in one from an EX Accord? Is the wiring in the molded connector really different?
Thanks. :)

The Honda dealer I bought my car from said they can get the part for $27.
I think I'll get just one of them and see if it works...
.. unless princess or someone else can for sure tell me it won't work.
