What grease to use

What grease should I use to lubricate the hinges and especially the center console? What do you use? The sound from the center console is awful when opening & closing.

Thats a good ? I checked out and it appears to be all metal hinge so no plastic involved...
I have had good luck with Tri-Flow aerosol Made by Sherwin-Williams... It's a very light lube I use on the Bicycles.....

I think a gel lube... goes on wet and sets to a gel would be another option.. Just hard to clean out when it gets dirty...
