I just installed my subs and amp. I hook up the remote wire to radio fuse and it wouldnt turn off my amp when I turned the car off and it would drain out my battery. So i hooked up the remote wire to the radio harness and it played for about 2 mins then my radio shuts off and my dome light wont turn on.

Does anyone know what happend? Or what I can do to get my radio back on. the fuses seem to be fine. Please help fast I cant drive without a radio!

Check your fuses again. Unhook remote wire from harness. Hook remote wire to cigarette lighter wires.

by the way my dome light is fine, its just the radio. The radio just doesnt have power. hook remote wire with ttap on cigarette lighter?

yeah hook remote wire to cigarette lighter with t-tap. Check the fuse again for the radio, if that doesn't work take it to your dealer. but make sure you remove anything that may be connected, or else they can claim that it's not covered under warranty.
