I also think its BS. Did this person just stop his car on the freeway, pull out his air gun, shoot the glass and keep on going? The guy supposedly didn't file a police report? And lets be realistic a moving target versus a BB gun. I don't think the BB pellet has a chance, first it would slow down and that's not counting the wind factor, and the person would have to be a pretty good shot to get a moving target.
