After reading a thread on V6P (I think) about someone wanting to swap out their shift knob for the one from a TL-S I got to thinking, would it be possible to swap the pedals from the TL-S into an Accord? For a while I wanted to get some aluminum pedals, however I don't really like the aftermarket clip-ons that are available...I figure the TL-S pedals would be complete replacements, which would be better imo.

I believe the TL uses a floor mounted pedal system...

TL has a floor mounted Gas pedal....the others might work, but not the gas pedal.

meh no point imo then...I would have figured it would have used the same as the Accord since the chasis is the same (but I guess being DBW they can really mount them however they please now).

Does anyone know the benefit of floor vs traditional mounting?

Dont know of the benefit but someone on here has a thread about Ultimate Pedals, couple threads down that are direct replacements (size wise) for the Accord and are actually quite nice, IMO.

You may have already seen it but just throwing it out there for you
