adjusting 06 accord headlights

I have searched and found a few threads about this, very good information, but i have an issue...well i can't find where the screw or whatever to adjust it!...around the plugin of the low beams, there are 3 or 4 screws all around, but i think they are not the one to touch...but also when i look straight when opening up the hood, i see a sign with a hole, Up and Down, so i put the screw driver through it, felt like i was just hitting a metal bar...and it seems like it's for the high beam since it's directly above the high beam, please clearify on how to adjust the headlights, thanks much
