Hey guys . On my 2004 accord ex-l there was a small black cap/cover to the left of the automatic shifter. I assume there was a cap there at one time. Now there is just a void . Does anyone know what its called and what its for and where i could get a replacement cap/cover.

Sounds like the emergency release slot for the shift lever. Just show it to your dealer, and hopefully they can replace the cap for free (it's just a small piece of plastic). It might be a very difficult piece to find anywhere else.
