I can tell you one to avoid - Cheapest Honda Parts (cheapesthondaparts.com) They're part of Front Range Honda, out of Colorado Springs.

I ordered some ATF. The policies section of their storefront, suggests all orders are shipped within 1 day. A couple days later, 2 e-mails go unanswered. Two more days later, a telephone calls gives me the old, "sorry, we've been swamped." A few more days go by, and I get an e-mail telling me my order has been cancelled, due to excessive shipping costs.

An e-mail to the parts manager went unanswered. So, the BBB has it now.
