It looks like there's dry roads, so I opted for driver error. Maybe thought the pole was farther away. Maybe unsuccessfully trying to avoid something. Unless that pole jumped out in front, it looks avoidable!:)

Think you'll find out the whole story?

i wanted to vote it was the pole's fault, but didn't want to throw the results!! :D

driver error. maybe a medical thing???

1) talking on a cell, didn't see it until it was to late.

2) in a real hurry to get to the ER, now admitting two instead of one.

Idiotic Driving

They were running late returning from lunch.

They are now known as Paris and Nicole.

wonder if they total it. took a hard hit on the left front suspension there..

I hope they don't total it...surely it wouldn't cost so much money to fix such a small thing? I hope Honda would engineer it better than that!

the pole looks like it hit square on the suspension and the nose is sitting on the ground. need the hood, quarterpanel and nose clip replaced. suspension is gone on that side. that part of the frame is probably bent. depending how fast they were going, the drivetrain might be out of alignment.
might be worth more for parts than to repair it.

Looks like about 5-7k damage less than 70% value.......

If it was a domestic it would be a total maybe...:D

I1:)
