:dunno:

I am planning to replace my all stock rims and tires and I need your advices and suggestions guys before that. I travel 300kms/day:paranoid: so buying a better and sensible tires should i be important. I travel alone to work but during weekends i carried my friends, that would be 4-5 passengers. I don't want 45 or less(thickness) tires sure it wont last long.:)

What size and color would you recommend?

I attached a pic of my 7th gen '06 beige accord.

Thanks

Thanks for a quick reply dohcivtec.

Yeah, the side view mirrors(with light) are a plus factor why i chose the 7th gen accord.

im checking the site now, i hope i can find what i am looking for.:)

I checked the site and it has a lot of designs. I guess chrome plated suits for a beige color.

But then again, what i need is the right size since i consider the distance i travel everyday. .:boohoo:. Surely, the slimmest, which is of course aesthetically are best fit for cars, but i think it is not sensible for my part.:dunno:

I am going with wheels and tires from a 2005 Acura TL. They seem more than meaty enough for the Accord. You need to be careful of the wheel offset when choosing a rim.

I had a similar problem on my ZX, I chose one size wider, one size slimmer, I.E. 175x65 to a 185x60.. on the original 14 inch ally wheels. Cornering has slightly improved, (but with passive rear wheel steering it was very good anyway) and wear seems less so far. :)

Lower profile tires make for less comfort and a lot more road noise, but cut down body roll.. Wider tires look better, and add grip on dry roads, but are more slippery in the wet, and a real pain in snow!!

James?

In general I agree with you, however, if you visit TireRack.com you can at least see the ratings for different conditions that might guide you to better performance in rain or snow.

I love the TL wheels, however they'd be expensive to ship overseas seeing as the TL is only sold here in America and Canada.

kurdapya, where are you from?

I don't know for sure, but I think it would work, but E-bay can be filtered for local results. Worth a try?
