Front door speaker adaptors (http://www.millionbuy.com/aihsb518.html)
This looks like a solution to the non-standard front door speakers.
I wanted to know if anyone here as tried them out.
Thanks.

Finally!! We bought ones from Best buy or Circut City to install our's. The Infinitys are fatter than the original & I wanted the car's speaker covers reused.

So what you are saying is that you have speakers and needed a way to install them correctly.
Are you going to give the adaptors a try and report back?
That would be great.
I am surprised Crutchfield doesn't supply them since they seem to have all the install accessories included.

We'd taken our Infinitys out of the '02 before trading her in. When he installed them in the '03, we had to run out & go on an adapter hunt to finish. He didn't want to cut the door to MAKE them fit since we plan to put the original ones back in for trade in. We didn't run into this with the '02. The oringinals were deeper & the Infinitys fit fine.
The adapters we found looked pretty much like the ones you have the link for. No, we won't be reinstalling them! They are as invisable as the stock ones since we used the original covers. I like doing that to keep the thieves from wanting to break in. If they figure it's stock, it's one less temptation!
We hang onto the orginals in the boxes the Infinitys came in. So we have a collection from both the Accord & the Pilot. I just don't like the sound of what Honda is using now....at all!:(
Having this link will sure help others though! Hunting them down made a short job turn into a long one for us!! Plus we didn't know Honda had gone even yuckier with speakers!
