I hunted, searched, & did it all again. The belt noise shows up for Civics, not Accords. The brake judder is already posted, but isn't hydraulic, it's pads. The door rattle is also for Civics.

The numbers aren't Honda's & there's nothing even close! On a Honda bulletin the first 2 numbers are the yesar issued, the rest the order in which it came out that year.....

I looked by year & model, by numbers, by description, & by key words....... I'll do it all over again on Monday just incase my brain is on weekend mode....;)

We did some more research.... on the NHTSA site they use an odd system of information. Most of the "bulletins" they have on the Accords aren't bulletins at all, they are simply requests for information. In other words, someone brought in a car with a specific complaint. The problem wasn't found so the tech called tech-line. Tech-line sends out a request to the dealers stating if you come across the problem send them info. That way they can find out if it's a couple of cars, a handful or a pattern. Then it goes on to the research people to solve the problem.

If the # they give is a date, such as 06282004, then it's just a request for info. Some of them had the dates as 111703. They are also requests. If they are a actual bulletin then the number is 0Y-0###.

By law they have pass on the requests on to the NHTSA people.

Like I said there is a bulletin on the brake judder. None on the belt noise or door rattle at this time!
