Hey guys, I put this on Gen7, so I figured I would put it here also:
Hey guys, this is going to be a work in progress, so I am sorry it wont be all done at once. I dont have the mirrors repainted yet, and its about a million degrees outside, so that and getting aggrivated make me only want to stay outside for a little bit each day. :D I figured I would start this now to show the progress through the process and also so I dont have to write it all at once.
Heres what I did today:
Open the back door, pop up the kick pannel. The reason I did this in the back is because its easier, for me at least, to get the back pannel off, and I have a lot of other wires in the front from leds and the alarm and such, so I picked the back.
Peel back the tape on the wire harness running to the back of the car, open up the loom.
Find the solid brown wire, and the red wire with the blue stripe. These are the turn signal wires. The brown is for the passenger side and the blue/red stripe is for the drivers side. I used wire taps even though I perfer to solder everything just because it made everything a lot easier and I felt there wasnt enough slack in the wire to easily be able to cut it, add another wire, and solder everything. I figure these wire taps should be fine for this application.
I can personally confirm that these are the correct wires because I took an led bulb I had, connected the power wire that I had just spliced into the stock wire, and then took another wire and ran it from the negative on the bulb to a grounding spot on the car, and my led bulb blinked with its correct corresponding side in unison with the front/back blinkers.
Tomorrow is running the wires into the doors, should be fun to do in the heat.

Ok, everything is done except for the LED and heated function, which I probably wont be hooking up anyway. LED blinkers are either tomorrow or Monday when I have time.
The power wires are a joke to hook up. It literally is a joke, I did it while chatting woith my friend and listening to the radio, it takes like 10 minutes each side.
Cut the stock harness off, and strip off the ends of all the wires. Peel back some electrical tape and cut off some of the wire loom to give yourself more room to work with.

Here is the wiring guide, it works perfect on my 2004, and it should be the same for all models 2003-2005 Sedans.
This is for the driver's side mirror
purple wire from mirror is for LED and connects to ground
pink wire from mirror connects to a positive source (i.e. signal lights, etc)
yellow/black stripe wire from driver side mirror connects to green/white stripe wire on stock plug
yellow/red stripe wire from driver side mirror connects to blue/black stripe wire on stock plug
yellow/white stripe wire from driver side mirror connects to blue/white stripe wire on stock plug
part of this is taken from Joe's previous post.
Here is the passenger side mirror wire diagram:
purple wire from mirror is for LED and connects to ground
pink wire from mirror connects to a positive source (i.e. signal lights, etc)
blue/black stripe wire from passenger side mirror connects to green/white stripe wire on stock plug
blue/green stripe wire from passenger side mirror connects to red/yellow stripe wire on stock plug
yellow/white stripe wire from passenger side mirror connects to white/red stripe wire on stock plug
The cars turn signal wires are as follows:
left signal wire is red with a bright blue stripe and the right signal wire is solid brown
Got this off V6P, thanks to the guy who posted it!
