I gave our lovely Accord a much needed tune up. I did drain and fill on the transmission twice. The 2nd fluid change was just as dark as the first!!! These pics are mostly for fun since Everyone knows what an Accord looks like:yes:

I do mine every 30k always! How long was it since a fluid change on yours?

it was a little over 30k ago. But it was a flush so boo. This was the first drain and fill ever for the car. I've done our civic, and two oldsmobiles but never the Accord!

The difference in the tranny fluid color really tells the story.

The color @ 30k seems "iffy" to me given the failures of the auto's. I would really suggest a quality synthetic in place of the OEM ATF. If you continue using OEM, maybe a 20k interval will be better.

Oh yeah deffinately. Its my moms car, and she is terrible about these things. Plus she drives everywhere so its hard for me to do things on it. 20k will probably be the next time, if not before
