Hey all...
so i'm looking to get this acura TL switchblade key, which i knew couple of you probably have. would someone explain to me the difference between mem-1 and mem-2. i'm looking to buy it off an acura dealership on ebay. mem-1 is about $26 and mem-2 is around $57. i emailed them, but they had yet to response. maybe DA can help me out faster..:D

just get the 26 dollar one...i think correct me if im wrong.the mem1 really jsut has to do with the memory seats but you are going to disable that ..you actually need to disable it when you are using it..

Just go for the cheaper one as they will both work perfectly fine as long as you disable the seat memory before proceeding with the programming. By the way, that's a great price for the key. I paid over $50. Check out this thread for all your TL flip key needs, and good luck:

I personally have two TL memory seat 1 keys programed to my Accord Coupe and they work fine. No need to spend extra money on the memory seat 2 key especially since we don't have memory seats.
