I have a european accord resting in my drive right now waiting to get insured. My front headlight, driver side in UK passenger side for US, has a leak inside and you can make out mould growing inside. My garage is charging me over £100 just to take it out have a look and "maybe" fix the seal. I was thinking why not just get a new pair of headlights possibly projector lights but now I cant find any not even on Ebay for my model... european 2000 Honda Accord VTEC.

Any Suggestions?

using a heat gun, slowly heat the sealant until you can pry it apart, careful not to break anything, after you opend the headlight, cleaned it up, and using the heat gun, heat the sealant up and placed the cover back on and once the cover is back on, using clamp, clamp it down while you heat again to make sure its in all the way, should be about 1 hour to do, save you £100.
if you have any question feel free to ask.

I'm pretty sure Acura TL headlights would fit, but I don't think they're aimed properly for your side of the road. :(

Best of luck to ya. No junk yards or dealers have a decent price on one?

Not sure about the instructions as our main gal with the Honda info (Princess) I believe only has access to US Hondas.

But, if someone could get the TL bumper removal instructions from 1999 that should help. At least give a clearer idea. On the Hondas it's usually a pretty easy process and the bumper cover just requires the use of a philips screwdriver. If you're one for exploration, I'd start searching the panel for screws.
