Does anybody know if the Mystic Green Metallic color shown is currently available on any other existing Honda product? I would like to see that color live in the flesh before ordering and none of the initial Accords seem to be pre-ordered by the dealers around here in that color.

Any chance you could snap a pic of one? :D The dealer that I go to is massive but they only have 4 colors: White (1), Dark grey (5), Beige (2) and silver (8). What the heck? :screwy:

PS: Did the green have a greyish hue to it? That is kind of what it looks like in the "color swatch" car from the brochure.

I've got some pics of the green. I bought one today and LOVE IT. The color is a little greyish and looks awesome IMO. There were only a couple options I had at any of the local dealers in the trim level I wanted with the leather and sunroof...I opted for the green with black over the black with tan. The deal breaker on the black one was the "plood" that the tan interior has. I attached some pics, hope they help

Thanks! I am going to get those windows tinted as dark as legally possible ASAP. It may take a couple months though..kinda still in shock over how much I spent on this car over how much I spent on the last one. That said, I think it is a GREAT deal for the money and have no regrets. My first mod will be a radar detector, and on from there. Is the glass on the new accords already tinted? It looks like it is, but it's a light tint (could it possibly be just the glass itself?). If it is already tinted, can I tint over it or is the correct procedure removal of the old before installing the new? Also, has any one had problems with installing illegally dark tint? I tinted my last car to the legal limit and wished I had went darker, but I would never have tinted illegally if I thought it would be a serious problem. Thanks for the help and advice in advance.

Sorry, what is "plood"? Also I didn't think Honda was allowing a green exterior combo with the Tan interior... (well, it's not in the 08 Accord brochure as available from what I can see).

Plood isn't an actual word but it's plastic wood, the fake dash wood trim peices. Honda doesnt have the tan interior availible with the mystic green, the one I saw with the tan leather was black.

The "mystic green" isn't availible on any honda pre 2008 btw, it's a new color or so I was told at the dealership.

Although I haven't seen the mystic green in person, I believe Honda had a similar green available on the 1st and 4th gen (92-93) Accords.
