Sorry if this has been asked. I just have a great opportunity to pick these up. I am picking up a set of Axis 19x8 +35 offset. Will these rub, fit an 07 Accord sedan? I am planning on putting 225 wide tires maybe 235 but 235 might be too wide and rub?

A 19" x 8" wheel with 35 offset will give you 1mm more of inner clearance and will stick out 39mm (~ 1.535 inches). They'll fit okay, but if you are lowered or plan to lower, they'll rub.
And they'll stick out quite a bit considering it's a sedan.

So, if these will run on this guys car, what is the "ideal" 19" wheel sizes?
What width and offset is ideal for a 03-07 Sedan?

An ideal 19" wheel would be 7" wide with an offset of 48. At that size, the wheel will give you 1mm extra inner clearance and will stick out 13mm (~ 0.5 inches).
You can also do 7" wide with a 42 offset. That will give you an extra 7mm of inner clearance but will stick out 19mm (~ .75 inches). If you are lowered or plan to lower, you'll probably have to roll your fenders as to not rub.
Maximum width would be 7.5" with an offset of 42. At that size, the wheel will stick out 26mm (~ 1 inch) while inner clearance will be the same as stock. Again, if you are or plan to lower, you'll pretty much need to roll your fenders.
