Sway bar is definately worth the money as long as you know what you are getting into. Before buying one make sure you understand exactly what they do. A lot of people get them not knowing what they really do and are caught off guard when their rear ends swing around.

Strut bar might be worth the money, but a lot of people can't feel any difference. If you can afford one, it definately won't hurt.

Bang for the buck prize definately goes to the sways though.

i currently have a 6mt strut bar installed in my car, and i defenately felt some difference (tighter turning), you might ask why i havent installed a sway...thing is, i ordered both, and the strut came in before the sway and i still havent had time to go back and install the sway

Yes to both! I notices a differance every time I up-graded a suspension component. I feel that anything that improves the handeling of my car is also making it a safer car.

both will make a difference. reducing roll is always a good idea.

To my 2006 I added a front strut tower brace and upgraded the rear stabilizer bar. They made a significant improvement to handling together.

One thing I would caution is that the tires should be up to the task of a more aggressive suspension. After I put these mods on, the OEM Michelins broke loose in the rear a couple of times. One time on a wet road it was especially bad as I went into a full spin. Once I upgraded to a more aggresive tire, the change was nothing short of night and day.

If you have stock tires/suspension you will NOT notice anything but the placebo effect if you add a brace. Once you start adding performance parts like sway bars, better tires (or up the inflation on the stockers), better dampers(struts) adding strut braces are a huge waste of time and money.

In stock form, honda already equips the car with adequate bracing and unibody is not a particular shortcoming of the 7th gen accord anyway.

If you don't mind spending the time and money, get both, but the rear sway is the best bang for the buck, and I think that's what your getting at.
