Nice car. Did you get you windows tinted, or was it factory smoked? If you got the tint done, what are the % you used? Also, if it is tinted, is the back window one single piece?

I did get the windows tinted aftermarket. The backs are 15% and the fronts are 28%. I think thats the legal limits in my state. The back window is one single piece of tint. I think the tint makes the car look great.

Thanks. I like the 28%. Doesn't look too dark. I definitely need to find a good place to do tint. Anyone know of anyplace in Southern Jersey, Philly area?

Just had the dealer order the deck lid spoiler. Hope to have it installed by the middle of next week. They gave me a price of $440 installed not to bad.

When you got your windows tinted, did you have to change the felt? i think thats whats it called but i read somewhere that on the newer hondas, if u dont replace it, it will scratch the tint..

Sorry for the delays guys but I paid $26,500. The dealer basicly sells all of the Honda's at $500.oo over invoice. The dealers name is Eisinger's Honda. I live in Kalispell, Montana. I was driving a Montero Sport SUV and wanted a car again so why not the new Honda Accord. I feel like the car has plenty of power. Acceleration is very responsive and the car gets moving. You do here the road noise but nothing like most people are saying. :dunno: The sound sytem is great so road noise is next to nothing.:lmao: As far as the VCM is concerned it only saves gas and you don't realize its even on most of the time. You can turn it off but I have never tried that. The car has a ton of space front and back. The trunk is huge i did get four golf bags in the trunk. Over all the car is a homerun and would recomed it to anybody looking for a great car that will last.

Next time you have a chance, park your Accord next to one of the 1990's. Your H is about 2-3 times as big as most of them.

Sorry I missed this post. The gaskets on the 08 appear the same as the 07's, or at least similar.

I have only tinted 3 8th gen's so far. No problems yet, but I can say that I have tinted around 400 7th gens without any scratching issues. :D

I am not putting the car down, overall, it is great (looking and quality) but I just don't like the rear styling. I think they had a good thing going with the 06-07 rear end.

my 'rents own a 07 530i, IMO, it looks nothing like a an accord. Do you see the resemblance between the aura and the new accord, that is all I was saying is that I see saturn. You may think it resembles other cars, but you can't deny the similarities between the aura and the accord.

I know, I used to own a 1990 Accord LX. I think the H emblem on the front of my car is too big. The 2008s rear emblems are monsterous!

Those who think it looks like the Accord are suffering from blind love in my opinion. The rear end of the 2008 Sedans need some work.

Looking at the rear straight-on, I see hints of the Audi A6. From a rear three-quarters view, I see more than a passing resemblance to the BMW E60 5-series (as some reviewers have noted). This coming from someone who used to own one.

Whatever it resembles, I personally like the look of the 8th gen Accord a lot.

Nice! I just picked up a 08 Coupe EX-L in PMM myself. Went Ivory though. Do you find the black interior hard to keep clean (probably not a problem with the leather)?

You do see the little things on the black leather but it forces me to clean the car a little more often.:thmsup: Leather is very easy to clean.:naughty:

NO. It is the HARDEST (esp if it's cloth). YOU SEE EVERYTHING!.
That doesn't necessarily mean i don't love it though! :thmsup:
