I salute and bow to those that are serving currently and here's why:

When I was a young man the draft was in place. You either went to college (deferment), joined, or got drafted. Today there is no draft so those currently in the military volunteered, they were not forced into service.

I joined voluntarily so I admire to the max those that have done the same since then now that they don't have to.

The people on this forum that are serving today, right now, deserve the credit.....along with ALL other volunteers. I bow to you......YOU ARE AMERICA.

Thanks to all of the men and women who serve us today, Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, Guard and Reserves, one and all, to make our country strong and free, while making other people around the world strong and free.

Let us remember that freedom doesnt come free. I salute those who have died before me, making the ultimate sacrifice, and to those still MIA who have not been accounted for and to all the families who have made their sacrifices as well.
