Thought I might just take a few shots of how my stuff looked in the trunk before taking them off to be ready and prepped for chroming. Amps goes out to be chromed first and maybe the rest too (the beta amp has been sent first) :D

passenger rear side, sub amp, dblock, cap and processors

images should be great for a before and after chroming (main sub amp went first so replacement sub amp is what you see here)

Looks like you have a serious set up. Out of curiosity, how much did you spend on all your audio equipment?

Including the headunits...

Let me see if my math's still good... first off, most I have in this sytem were all bought brand new in 1998,99 and 2000.
cda-7840 = $350
autopc 310c = $1200
audiocontrol eqx2 = $250
2 kappa 102a amps @ $400 each
beta d100 = $800
Give or take... that's $3400 in total and that's not counting the deadening materials, wiring, cables and cap which I would say over $300, the numerous MTX 10" tri-box subs I have literally fried up in smokes since then (3 times) then I switched to a single momo sub twice before switing to a BSW+elemental design sub setup, the component systems is an MBQ then another series of MBQ and now running PPI 365CS then added 2 WAVES 103. Summing it all up well... you get the picture *cough$5000???**cough6000???**cough-and-then-some* BUT need less to say, this is when you know how to install them yourself comes in play... you can save an extra thousand or so just by installing it yourself :)
