I have been searching these forums and the web for these how-tos but have been unsuccessful. So I'm asking for your help. As some of you may know I'm coming up on my 40k mile mark soon and these two things are on top of my list of things to do. If I can get away with doing it myself I can save a little bit of cash and put it towards Christmas gift :) Thanks in advance.
