Hey Guys,

I have a 2008 accord with Navi, and was tring to find a nav-tv converter but i think the car is still to new to find out weather any devices are out or not.

What i was thinking and not sure why this wouldn't work, is the 08 are equipped if you want with a rear cam, and i see there is a hardness standing by to be connected to factory connector for their rear cam. Well what i was thinking was, is it possible to wire a RCA adapter to it for a video into that hardness? I mean even if one of the wires has to be grounded for the TV signal to switch over we can also add a manual switch, right?!

Let me know what you guys think!

Making a video harness for the navi unit is really easy and cheap - I made one for my '05 sedan :)

Ok guys, this is the deal. I took all day yesterday and installed amp/sub into my stock accord leaving factory HU.

Only parts i took apart was the side panels running along the doors, the rear bottom portion of rear-seat, and the driver side upper side seat from the rear where the seat-belt lays on.

First of course, i ran power cable from front to back. Then i ran a remote from the fuse box as i did not want to take any more parts apart of the car to hook it up to a cigarette lighter or anything. The in-line fuse was bought from auto-zone. It’s a fuse holder that you plug into the fuse box and has a butt connector for the remote wiring your attaching. Then i ran the ground from under the rear seat there is a good ground that the seat belts are screwed down too. For the amp pre-outs, i bought a converter that i used that requires left/right cannel, but i wanted to control the bass thru the sub control so i can still control the bass from interiors, so i hooked both positives from convert to the one positive wire from sub connector, and same with negative.

I hooked everything up and success.

So as for the turning the Nav screen in to TV, i was able to play with hardness but what was happening is when i had it in reverse, and got the screen to turn over, i could not get it to turn back to navi screen without taking it outta reverse, or get the screen to turn on for video input, unless i put it into reverse. Now if i can find a way around this, then i can make it easily work...Any1 have any ideas?! Is there a switch in the shifter boot? I have a MT BTW...

Thanks
