Some new button down shirts
iPod Shuffle
Kaplan MCAT Premier program
1GB memory upgrade for my laptop
The above is from parents/family members. I've also had my eye on a new laptop from Best Buy: a Toshiba Satellite U305. They had them on sale for $750 and I didn't get one...now they're $900. I'm hoping Best Buy will put them on sale again before Christmas...if they do, I'll buy myself one for Christmas. :-)
Happy Thanksgiving!!

Can't say there's much I really want this year aside from a UDM.... which I'll probably buy for myself in a week or two, along with a few new detailing supplies.
I pretty much have everything I need. Besides, I really don't have room for anything else. I guess spring cleaning is going to come early this year.
I've been kinda looking at a Fujita CAI lately too, but :dunno:
Oh, and I keep looking at the TL's (this one's (http://www.acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=377717) caught my eye).... but let's be realistic here. :lmao:

My Christmas Wish* List:
Zune 80gb (Because bigger is better, and I like the FM radio feature, plus I'm jealous of all the people and their iPods, but I don't want to jump on the iPod band wagon)
Dell Inspiron 1721 with 500+ gb hard drive. (My 8500 is getting old, and starting to show it's age)
Olympus Stylus 790 SW (To keep in my purse)
Nikon D80 (For car events, and artistic pictures)
This aquamarine & diamond bracelet from Costco (http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?Prodid=11232130&whse=BC&Ne=4000000&eCat=BC|108|56584|3117&N=4017531&Mo=3&pos=3&No=2&Nr=P_CatalogName:BC&cat=3117&Ns=P_Price|1||P_SignDesc1&lang=en-US&Sp=C&ec=BC-EC10575-Cat56584&topnav=) (the pear cut aquamarine matches my pear cut aquamarine with diamond ring)
For my car to look like she did the day she rolled off the assembly line. (I've got a problem with the driver's side door arm rest area thing, it's kind of coming off, I'll post pictures one of these days. I'd like the little dents and scratches to go bye-bye, and the paint to be in pristine condition.)
To not owe my mom any more money. (I owe her somewhere around $2k)
To have at least $1,000 in each of my savings accounts.
For my room, and the house, to be clean.
To get to spend more time with Otay, and have our relationship status move up one notch. (No, that doesn't mean I want a marriage proposal)
To have a stable, relatively well paying part-time job, with regular hours. ($9+ an hour)
To do well in school.
*Remember this is a "wish" list, I do not expect everything, or even anything, on this list to happen. But I'd sure appreciate if it all did. This list is subject to change. There is probably only one or two realistic items listed, but it's called a wish list for a reason.
My wish is for the next project I will work in my professional life to work with normal people with no psychological issues, no conformational attitudes, straight forward and team players.
(oh yes, before I forget, a Bugatti Veyron would be nice too :) )

Hell, I'd settle for a bottle of anti-stupid pills in my stocking. I can crush them up and put them in the coffee maker in the break room.
Other than that, I'm easy for Xmas. I prefer to buy my own clothes, electronics, and toys for my car. Just pick up the tab for dinner.

I'm due for some more Chanel #5.
Amanda, I think the laptop you want is the one we are giving our daughter today for her birthday. We got it in pink. I figured less people would swipe it that way!!:D We didn't want "vista" & had XP put in it.
I ordered my prince a new Citizen watch. This one:
http://www.zales.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2501041
It's also a partial dive computer. (depth, not air). He loves the Citizen one he has now & I thought it would be fun for him.
I'm giving him a hardhat today. I was planning to wait till Xmas, but he's getting it for his birthday instead. He dropped a brake drum on his head yesterday! His poor noggin sure gets banged up!! He always has an boo-boo!! I got him a red one. I'll line it with foil, & add an antenna. I'm thinking about tearing apart an old AM/FM radio & attaching it.:lmao:

Same here, taking the week off. Cant wait. What I want is the trip to KC before Christmas to go ok. My daughter is about 1.5 years, and its hard to keep her going on these long trips.

So who got what they wanted or something they like even better???
My prince got himself a long probe/scope thing to look inside small areas, like the engines. :dunno: He wanted it....
He didn't get a trip to Hawaii...which means I didn't either.:thumbsdow
But all in all it was a wonderful day. 6 of the 7 grandkids are here, with one extra (Paul's son). It was LOUD & total chaos!!!! They made gingerbread houses & lots of sticky messes. There was so much trash from the presents that we had to stomp down the large trash can twice! We still have 3 more bags to add to it!
The grown up "kids" washed the dishes & decided to give the dogs some gravy on their food. They all got the runs!! Ours were begging to go out in the middle if the night, hers had the squirts all over her crate!!:lmao: I've TOLD them not to give them table scraps!! They can't handle it. Now they MIGHT believe me!!!:D
We keep cleaning up & the toys keep ending up all over the house.
I'm not overwhelmed by it all. I'm doing fine. My prince gets to escape to work today & tomorrow.
We're still crowded.... no one has gone home yet!!:paranoid:
