I hope she's not a nut. I am tired of auto manufacturers getting away with this. People spend their life savings on these cars and these companies need to understand the trust people put in them to build a good, safe, and reliable piece of transportation.
I'm an equal opportunity hater here when it comes to known defects from a manufacturer. From the looks of it....Ford might be the next Honda/Toyota in a few years at this rate.

I say that b/c Ford's quality is really improving in the last year or so. At the same rate, one might think that Honda/Toyota quality isn't improving at the same rate...you never know....but I know this...nobody stays on top forever.

It has come up. My Mazda has been great! The Accord and Civic both have had more issues than the 3 at the same mileage.
Yota has had some issues the last few years. My neighbors three year old Tundra has had issues. Two or Three recalls and several warrenty issues. I hope there new Yaris does better.
