HI guys,
I am really thankful for the advice I get from the people in this forum. I feel that there is lot of wind noise in my car, I see this especially while going even at lower speeds.
I have asked the dealer and they said that it is normal. I just wanted to know if this is normal in accords or is it just my car. It is really annoying, some times I feel like I am driving with all the windows open on the free way even at 60mph.

I have an old 94 toyota camry which is silent than my 07 accord.

There is some inherent wind noise but it shouldn't be disturbing. Some people are more sensitive to it than others. Tell them you want someone to ride with you and listen.

I actually took my service writer to ride with me and he says that its normal, But I have asked my friends to test drive it and said that its very noisy.

One note : they have removed my door seals to fix some rattles and it started noisy from that time. I am searching several ways to fix it, but I did not have any luck.

Sounds (pun intended) to me like that is what you need to bring up to the service manager not the service writer.

I hear wind noise from the sides of my front wind shield/A-pillar. Anyone else?

I'm thinking it's from having my front windshield replaced, or maybe it's just my imagination.

Stupid rock chip. *waves fist*

^ It most likely wasnt sealed all the way or correctly when you had the windshield replaced. Depending on who you got to do it they should warranty their work and take care of it for you if that's where the problem lies.

I should clarify by saying that I only notice the wind noise when:

1) I'm going faster than 60 or 65MPH on the freeway
2) The road is smooth
3) It's late at night or when it's quiet (radio is off)

I don't always hear the wind noise either which is the weird part. And whenever I've washed my car or it's rained, I've never noticed any water getting in along the A-pillar, so it has to be sealed correctly, right? :dunno:

Too bad I can't (legally :lmao:) test drive a new 7th gen Accord at midnight.

Honestly it's usually too loud in the car with the stereo and my girlfriend for me to notice if we hear any wind noise. And I'm usually doin 70mph constantly but just because it doesn't leak doesnt mean it's sealed right. It may just not be leaking for now. You seriously may want to get it checked out just in case before it does possibly start leaking 6 months or a year from now.

Yeah, I'll probably get it checked sometime soon. They said at the time of the job that they guaranteed their work, so....

With your car being fairly new and a Honda I wouldn't think you should be able to hear what your hearing. At least not for another 10 years.
