For those of you looking to buy a Honda or have it serviced at Annapolis Honda in Md, think twice. I have had several services done there and although most have been oil changes everytime their has been a problem. Either to much oil was put in or to little, tire pressures to high, sometimes by as much as 5 lbs after the service. each time I complained to the service manager David Tennet, but on death ears. This time they messed up one of the wheels. His comment was " how do we know you didn't hit a curb" Well the car as driven straight home and put into the garage. When I called him and told him we only put 20 miles on it is answer was so,and hung up. Nice guy. Anyway I give then 0 for CSI.
This is also the only dealer that I never received a follow up service call, I wonder why. The old saying, " Tell 5 people about bad service and they will tell 5 more and so on" It costs a dealer hundreds of dollars per customer to build a good CSI, but only one lousy Service Manger to tear it down. All I can do is make sure the truth is told not only to one person but hundreds! $200 for a wheel vs the lose of a few customers. Not only will this be that last time I deal with them and will do my best to let everyone I know about this.
Dealing with them has never been a good service experience.
This is just my own 2 cents under freedom of speach so take it for what it is worth.

Oh, did you know a loose right front seat is normal! I wonder if Honda knows this. Anyone else notice if the right front seat in there car is loose?

Sorry to hear your troubles. I would suggest as a last ditch effort you talk to the general manager and see if he will fix the problem. If the dealer is corrupt he won't do anything for you. Prior to doing all my repair work myself for just this reason, I caught Metro Acura in Philly using aftermarket belts which wore out after one year. Their general manager didn't care one bit. If I knew then what I know now, I would have ended up taking them to court because they stated on my receipt that they used OEM belts. Anyway due to many complaints I believe the dealership was bought out but I will never buy anything including parts from them.

Called the owner in Florida he never returned my call. They have serveral dealerships,in Md and Fl. Either way I rather tell 100 people. It's always been a problem here, from sales to service. The facts are enough for someone else to think about going.

Welcome to the world of Stealerships.

This is why i will never pay top dollar for a car like some people do.

great, so now we have ruthless stealerships AND oil change businesses who lie about changing the air filter 90 percent of the time and cracked up mechanics.

the dealership that traded my car from a state over to our dealership lost one of the keys and refused to replace it! lol. so the dealership that sold me the car decided to take the fall and make me another key after they had tried to get the other dealership to do it. i go and get the key made today, it will take one hour and they need my car the whole time to program it.

yeah, my dealership is pretty nice. one of the other dealerships in this area i chose not to deal with because the salesman was a total pushover. at one point he told me "now we can forget about the loan rate, most people don't even look at the rate, they just care about the monthly payments and that's all that matters". I mean, he was bullshitting me like he thought I was entirely stupid. I HATED him. and he'd always call me, and I wouldn't answer the phone, it was so annoying.

Funny thing is, I was shopping at a nissan dealership and the other day one of the sales guys calls me back and goes "hey Mike, I know you were shopping for an Altima coupe, 350z, or Accord coupe, but I wanted to let you know something. We just got a chrystler crossfire.." I had to try very hard not to laugh.

I wonder what other dealerships he owns (Honda of Bowie perhaps?)

Honda of Annapolis has 3 things going for them.. Location, Location, and Location. Otherwise, I don't really know how they stay in business. The sales manager is VERY arrogant as well. I've tried to buy from them on 3 separate occasions, and it simply never happens for one reason or another.
