Does anyone know of a website, where I could purchase some cheep black steel rims. I was looking for some in a 16"x6.5" format. I was thinking of getting some winter tires and thought these would be best. Thanks

You can find them on ebay for about $65 a piece. I think the civic has the same bolt pattern as our cars.

You might consider the winter tire section in www.tirerack.com as they have the black steel wheels for $49.

Bah, buy some used alloys. Its not that much, and looks a hell of a lot better.

Try pricing out 42700-S9V-A11 at a Honda or Acura dealership, it's 16x6.5 steel rim but it's painted in silver, it's a Honda America part and looks very decent.

I got a good deal at cdn$65 each from a Canadian Acura dealer, you should be able to do better in the U.S.
