Last week I took my wifes 05 EX-L V6 to the car wash to clean the grim and salt off. Only do this in the winter time when its to cold to get the hose out!
While drying the car I caught the Accord emblem on the trunk lid and it popped off and broke in half. The car had minor rear end damage from the original owner. Looks like they didn't get the emblem stuck very good. I plan to replace it.
My question is: Did the 05's have the V6 emblem on the bumper corner like I've seen on some Accords? If it's supposed to be there then I will order both parts. Sort of like the look of the V6 badge but if it wasn't on the 05 to begin with there's no reason to put it on the car.

Yeah, your '05 had a V6 emblem on it originally.

 If you like the look of the V6 badge, wouldn't you want to put one on there regardless if it originally came with one or not? :dunno:

College Hills Honda sells this V6 emblem that came on the 03 V6 6sp coupes.

I'm tempted to swap this with the one on my 08 coupe.

I wanted to be a poser when I bought my 07 SE V6, so I swapped the black v6 emblem for the red one. It adds a nice touch.
