So Ive noticed that Honda has added 18" chrome wheels as an accessorie on the Honda Website. I currently have an 07 accord and have been thinking about upgrading my wheels and tires. Should I be concern about any suspension or shock issues by replacing my OEM wheels. The wheel wells seem big enough, so hopefully this shouldnt be a problem.

You won't have any problems with suspension by upgrading wheels. All you need to keep an eye on is the width and offset. And when getting bigger wheels, you're suppose to get lower profile tires to keep the diameter within spec.
