please PM or post in here how you like them... my weather tech mats in my coupe now work fine (of course with the oem mats removed) but I saw these 'liners' in the new C&D magazine and was just thinking, boy those would be nice for even more coverage, especially since black liners on black interior doesn't really jump out too much

Alright, so I've had these in for a few days now. The fit is tight and perfect, no complaints, they look great.

As far as slipperiness goes, they are a bit slicker then the standard soft waffle mats that Weathertech sells but I don't see them as a problem.

Our SEMA sedan had a Magnesium SRI on it. I'll have to check into that for you though. I know warranty concerns are becoming more common place as people are modifying their daily drivers. Of course, it's all very dependant upon the service department you use and how they feel about aftermarket parts (nevermind the MMA), but I'll look into it.

As for the SRI, I've been looking into some proprietary metals that are as light or lighter than aluminum but have heat properties of thermo plastics.

Just spoke to H&R there springs are still in develpment and they can not say for sure when they will be out in production and for sale could be a couple more months. 1.5 inches in the front and 1.3 in the back.

Eibach on the other hand...there springs just came out of development and went into production. There springs should be out for sale by the end of the month but there drop ****s!!! 1.2 inches in the front and 1.0 inch in the back.

Im annoyed now because i just cancelled my order with eibach for the h&r springs and now im finding out h&r doesnt know for sure when they will be out. Whatever route you choose, you will need new shocks in 6-8 months because of the performance springs. If you wait it out, you can get a full coilover kit for $1000.00 and able to keep your stock suspension. if you were to sell your car or trade it in and able to sell off your used aftermarket suspension and not lose all that money.

my 2 cents..

Eibach and H&R both say these spring kits are designed to work with the stock struts with no problems. I will take my chances and will be happy to upgrade my struts or buy coilovers when they become available. Im dying to finish my car off with the drop already. I have had plenty of lowered cars and know the downside of it. Im willing to deal with it to achieve the look i want. Been waiting since november. If i had it my way the drop would have been first! If i ever have any major warranty issues I will pull the suspension out before I take it back to the dealer and worry about it at that time. Ive done it before.

I don't do "aesthetic" or "aural" modifications. If it's not functional, I won't do it. Period. We would be using a particular metal for all underhood piping, including the turbo piping on our coupe.

Function is most important part. Anything that comes with it is a bi-product and a bonus. If we do it, it'll be worth it.

EDIT: All inquiries thus far have been sent to the manufacturers for across the entire lineup.

To those who've inquired about the short shifter, I'm pretty sure any K-series short shifter, like Comptech's or TWM's should work.

nice grill for the sedan guys.

Someone on here did this to their sedan a while back...Looks okay I suppose, but I doubt it would compare to the quality of an inspire grill. This is basically the same stuff people use around their doors and fender wells with a 3m adhesive. Does any one know how well this stuff holds up? As in, would it fall off if you didn't take special care washing etc?

It's called a "grille extenstion" - yes it's spelled wrong, should be extension.:lmao:
