Condition is IMHO excellent. The only flaws I can note are a couple small chips in the paint from rocks, the left fog light cover is cracked (you can't see it in the photo and it still functions fine) and there is a small ding in the right rear corner (I just noticed ALL of the pictures are of that side and you can't even notice it).
Right now the car has Mobil 1 5w-20 full synthetic with Mobil 1 filter in it. Oil life indicator indicates 90% life left. Carfax is clean and indicates most of the maintenance done to this car.
Tires are original to the car. I would say you could go at least another six months on them until you reach the wear bars on the front tires. The rears should last a little longer.
Aftermarket parts. Really only a Ipod connection in the glovebox that was installed by the dealer and wheel locks. I have a set of Kenwood 6x9's and 6-1/2" fronts that can go with the car although for the 6x9's there will be a minor amount of trimming required on the bottom side of the speaker grille to get it to fit down properly. The Kenwood speakers will come with a Honda speaker wire adapter so no cutting is required.
The leather is perfect, not much else to say about that.
The Honda dealer put in the new synthetic manual transmission fluid and it shifts better than ever. No complaints here.
I still have a lien on this car. To release the lien one would need to pay the car off (or get a loan for the full amount or just a portion of it and pay the rest in cash, however you want to do it). The lien amount is approximately $17,650, so if someone were to meet me there at that amount I would be willing to let it go at that price.

How is it possible that this is still for sale at that price? When I bought my 07 SE new back in June, an Acura dealer had the same car as you for sale, 24K miles, and wanted 21K. I kicked myself when I saw that car, so you can imagine what I'm doing now.

me too. The reason is because the 8th generation has been released and is now on the market. The 7th generation Accords held their value amazingly for so long, but recently took a slight nosedive in value because of the new models.
This car is exactly what I wanted when I bought this 04 in September, and I couldn't find an EX V6 6MT sedan for under $21,000 just 5 months ago.
This is still a great price.

Dont give it away. 17k is just way too low. I think 19-20 is more fair. In Seattle used low mileage Civics go for 13-14. So dont cave in too soon.

I'd have to say the cold weather also has something to do with it (finally breaking here) and the fact that it is a 6-speed and many people don't like to shift, or even know how! I read that in 2003 on 7% of cars were manuals, and it was trending down from 22% in the 1980's so I'd say its even worse now.

Anyway, I have attached the notable imperfections with this car, 1 ding (I took three pictures and it is still hard to see) and a cracked fog light (still works). Thanks for looking.

Wow,
I wish I was in the market for an Accord. That would be perfect. But as you are finding out, many people are put of by a manual transmission vehicle.
Best of luck, hope it sells soon!

I've had a little experience selling manual sedans - it is hit or miss. When I put my 1986 Nissan Maxima SE 5spd for sale in 1992, with 102K miles for $4500, it sold in 2 days, and the buyer didn't even try to bargain. In 1996, I sold a 4 dr 1992 Acura Legend LS 5spd stick with 45K miles for $16K (was asking $17.5K), that car originally stickered for (guessing) $34K. I had it for sale for 3 months before I sold it. Only one person came to see it in that 3 month period. But I would think a 6 spd 4 door Accord has to be more desirable than my Legend or Maxima was (although I certainly loved both)

Sounds like he needs to sell it fairly quickly... and since he's dropped the price a couple times already, I don't think he's had alot of people knocking down his door to buy it.
Demand varies by location... just because it would sell quickly in your area doesn't mean he's going to get the same kind of demand where he is.
