This is on I-75 between Dayton and Cincy...
Must be fairly recent(the statue), I think this would be hard to miss... and cause some accidents???

They need more donations to pay for that!:D

I1:)

Next time I go that way I'll get some pictures of their horse ranch across the street... same building design.

Note the water towers at the Prison in background.

They should've planted white/silvery trees, then when they got bigger he'd look like he was in the clouds....

Reminds me of something you'd see at Las Vegas....:) Big & Gawdy......

That was real lame.....

I get points for trying!:joker:

How many families could have been helped at Thanksgiving with that money

Sheesh, they could've bought a couple homes with what art costs!

I'm part of organized religion, but I like it simple! No ornate building. No limo for the speakers. Just a place to gather, learn, share & worship. A place where jeans are as accepted as suits.

I used to "adopt" a family for Thanksgiving & Xmas. It felt good! We were given a grocery store certificate & we didn't need it, so I'd go out & buy a whole turkey dinner with all the trimmings, then leave it on a porch. I got caught once. I've done that with Xmas trees & some presents too. It's fun to be anonymous!!:D

Hey Inspector, do you know approx. where between Dayton and Cinci that is? I live in Cowlumbus, and like to make Xmas cards with pictures of weird Ohio stuff like that. I think I just found my theme for this year!

It's on the East side of 75 and the ranch is on the west side just south of the exit.. It's kind of humerous because you have that church... 2 large flea markets a Truck stop and strip club and Larry Flynts Hustler Hollywood store... if you go east toward Lebanon you will find one of the Largest prisons in this part of the state... If you continue to Lebanon approx 9 miles you will find the Golden Lamb, Ohio's Oldest operating Inn. continue on another 8-10miles to I-71 and if you go back north stop at the rest stop and get pictures from the river overlook and Ft Ancient Indian Mounds.

Ohio...the land of contradictions.

The Indian mounds are beautiful, I visited to the Serpent Mound a few years back, that was amazing.
