View Full Version : Sway Bar Project
I want to order my front and rear sway bar. I have the part numbers for the 20mm sway bar (thanks to the FAQ) but can't seem to locate part # for the front solid bar.
I'm going to start with the front solid bar and 20mm rear bar then eventually the v6 6speed strut tower bar. Thanks guys, I probably won't get pics of the install since I'll be doing it at work on a lift. Got a tech buddy that is willing to help me do the front one after work. I'll let you know how it goes

look at post #26 in this thread.
I tried doing a search, but thanks anyway. Ordering hopefully tonight.
I've been looking through posts about the front sway bar. Did you have to order any extra parts for the front like you do the rear sway bar? Or do you just need to order the bar itself for the front?
you need the attachment brackets. bigger pipe, bigger rubber and bracket

bracket is the same (part numbers confirm this). you only need new bushings.
What is the part number for the bushing in the front? Sorry, it's late and dont feel like searching :(
Heres what I got so far:
20mm bar parts needed:
1 of 52300-SEP-A11
2 of 52306-SEP-A11
2 of 52308-S3M-A00
and
2007 front p/n 51300-SEP-A21 (solid bar)
then the 14mm swivel/flex socket.
What else is necessary? Appreciate the help!

You should be able to find all your part numbers here for the front sway bar install.
http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/acura/jsp/mws/prddisplay.jsp?inputstate=5&catcgry1=TL&catcgry2=2007&catcgry3=4DR+TYPE-S&catcgry4=KA6MT&catcgry5=FRONT+LOWER+ARM&ListAll=All&vinsrch=no&systemcomp=List%20All&vinnoT=&trim=&trans=&view=normal
For the front, you'll need 2pc of item #3.

Come on, just buy the brackets....they are what, 5$ each?
They'll be new, just like the bar and bushings...

You don't need the brackets. At least I didn't need them for my '06 and I don't think that your car is any different :D

I would recommend that you go to the Neuspeed web site and download the pdf for the front sway bar install. It will have all the torque specs for the front sway bar installation. I don't recall if they have similar instructions for the rear bar, but they probably do.
