i like the styling of the new jetta more than the current accord....

Well they can rip-off styling all they want.. Jetta's are one of the lowest quality VW's built in the last 5 years. Read the article about VW loosing a billion below paragraph about new Jetta.
The Jetta has some of the worst quality interior components I have seen!!
I have read a lot of complaints on other forums about Jetta's.

and to think, all cars used to be compared to the german maufacturers in terms of quality....now, they're crap too.....hopefully the big japanese automakers (toyota, honda) won't sell out like some of the germans already have...

My brother in law traded his Jetta VR6 for an Accord EX V6 in August...the Jetta was on its third engine in 4 years - the oil pan had a habit of 'detatching' itself from the block.

That roofline is a dead ringer for the Accord.

People have been talking about the Jetta looking like the Accord for a while. Some also said it looked like the current Altima and the TSX.

ironically for so many people complaining about the 7th gen accord sedan styling, alot of car co's seem to be jumping on the same style..... look at the new hyundai sonata too!!
