You will need a rear camber kit for any amount that you lower the vehicle.

Drop is made by the springs. If you lower the car by any amount, you will need a rear camber kit.
If you drop really low, you will also need a front camber kit.
Dropping a car on stock shocks is not the best: your shocks are designed to work with a certain travel and in a certain area of that travel. When you lower the car, you will be out of the good area, and you will have less travel. For sure, you will be able to drive your car around, but in a while, you will end up blowing your shocks.
If you really want to lower your car the right way, you will need springs, shocks (designed for lowering, or adjustable) and at least a rear camber kit.

It really depends on how much are you dropping your car, basically any ride height adjustment would throw the camber out of spec. I have springs that drops my car 1.75" front and 1.5" rear, I needed a camber kit for the front but not the rear, because 1.5" for the rear was not enough to throw the spec way out, however, my front was -1.8 degree, and definitely requiring a camber kit.
I did drive without perfect alignment for almost a year and by the time I got that fixed along with my new wheels and tires, my car handles way better!!
Oh I do have stock struts but looking for some better when I have the funds...
One last note, after you put those springs on, let it settle for about a week then take your car for alignment. Hope this would help you. Good Luck!

I've got S-tech's on stock struts. Honestly we didnt need a camber kit after the drop because we drove the car from the bay to another bay for alignment. I ended up buying Ingalls anyway because I knew I was goin lower in the future. And the future is here! My Basics came today and are goin on tomorrow! With that said, does anybody wanna buy some S-tech's: used for about 7K. I'll let em go for $100 plus shipping.

According to Tein's website S-tech springs will lower your car 2 inches in the front and 1.2 inches in the back. Unfortunately mine dont work with your car because it's a different spring rate. They'll fit but I dont know how they would perform.

I've been dropped 1.8 inches on Neuspeed Springs with stock shocks for two years, and I didn't need a camber kit, and have had no issues with my shocks.

do you need camber kit for HFP suspension? i would guess not since honda doesnt mention it
I wondered the same thing. It's only like a 1" drop front and rear so you wouldn't think so but if I remember correctly I asked this question before and someone said yes you would need a camber kit.
