Hi everyone. Long time no post but i read Struckaccords' posts about how his lights kept blowing. I've heard that the 6th gen had a wiring problem. Princess does your husband have any idea about this? I1 i think you have the same car as i do except different trim but your lights dont go out? i'll check the ground wire to the fram but i know other people who also complain about the same problem. A cop who pulled me over also told me his wife had the same problems.
hehe. on a side note: i want to use this excuse to get a HID kit. I1 what do you think? worth it?

O yea i have no mods to the car except aftermarket headunit and an intake but those shouldn't matter.

If you have time check on the connection attached at the Left(Drivers side)inner fender. Also follow the wiring around to core support(Lights and radiator all attached to this panel). Make sure all connections are secure and no corrosion.
I believe Stuckaccords problem was due to body shop probably not securing ground connection. I have over 80K on original bulbs, not a lot of night time driving.

As far as HID kits aftermarket, I would say if you want to pony up over 600 bucks to have projectors installed and aimed properly then that would be one way to go. I think the basic DIY kits do not give the amount of lighting for the cost and labor involved.
If you could retrofit CL or TL lamps into your car that would be the way to go.

I'll ask.....we didn't have the problem in 2 years of the '02.

It doesn't mean there's nothing going on....just means we haven't had the need to discuss it.....

I'll look on the Honda site for any articles too.:)
