ClubTSX Roll Call

Because nobody seems to know the fate of ClubTSX, before everyone gets scattered everywhere among the forums, I thought that everyone could meet here just to figure out the next step.

Even though I'm not a huge member on the site, I've enjoyed reading a lot of the posts and looked forward to becoming a bigger member of the board, without fear of sanctions by the admins of the site......which never happened.

If anyone's interested I would be willing to help to create a new board, via possible sponsorship, creation of new forums, or however, to get things back on track to a site owned and run by the members, which is really the only way to go IMO.

I'm sorry if me taking this initiative makes me look pushy or words to that effect, I just hate to see a place like ClubTSX go down the way it has.

fyi soopa, who runs acura-cl.com is relaunching acura-tsx.com soon with soem new hardware. It's going to be a good place ot hangout with a good admin team ;)

wow, random comment but i saw in your sig you work at ray laks -- a person i work with here in san diego has a crv with your dealers tags on it, funny.

That's good to hear. Admittedly a-cl is probably the one place I haven't visited, primarily because of all of the bad press I've heard regarding their censorship policies.

The one big thing I can bring to the table are the following URLs:

It's going to be me and prov running the show on the day to day on acura-tsx so don't worry about censorship. The crv is black, probably only a couple years old. Girl kathryn that just moved out here 6 months or so ago.

The whole deal with clubtsx was very silly and the bannings were without reason. Basically the admins were worried that people were getting upset with them and wanted to stop the momentum -- especially provench because he was vocal in trying to get them more involved. I had stayed more or less neutral but was collateral damage :) There was no kinds of plans for any site move before that happened.

Just a weird turn of events all around...one day the place is up and running smoothly...the next it's down getting an unannounded upgrade...and then just now all of the members who made the site what it is are GONE. Well good to know soopa and Provench are working on a new site together.:D

I'll be moving over to wherever the old crew from ClubTSX decides to go. That is really a weird turn of events that happened. I figured we would just get back on track after the forum upgrade but all hell seems to have broken loose. And I'd be more than willing to help sponsor a "members" run site.
