Phonebook Import

Has this happened to anyone? I have a motorola razr which is apparently not compatible with the phonebook import. As I was trying to import the phonebook I heard a beep and the screen on my cellphone said disconnected from bluetooth. When I hit the OK button after being told that the phonebook could not be imported the screen on my cellphone indicated that I was reconnected with bluetooth. Any ideas?

Yeah, this happens to me from time to time too. I found that if you let car's system retun to the main menu, hit connect with you phone again the system will reset itself. Then hit send contact on your phone again and it should go through.
