Car is finally lowered. I'll get better pics up but here are a couple before and afters...again not the best but they'll do for now. For any of you who want to know I have about barely 2 figer gap all around with 20's. Beautiful drop and the ride is great.

Just A Heads Up, Looks Good Keep In Mind If You Put A 40 Series Tire It Will Soften The Ride A Bit, And Fill Another Finger Of The Gap... Plus Youll Get A Better Ride....

I'll give it a try next time around. Roads arent too bad where I live so I usually don't notice anything till I hit the 10 fwy :thumbsdow

That 10 FWY is so brutal, especially going Eastbound up the hill towards the 57 interchange.

I usually avoid it any way possible.

the drop looks incredible, definitely helps that wheel gap

Yea tell me about it. That wheel gap was soo horrible but with the eibach drop it looks great. I swar it seems like its more than 1.2 inch drop but maybe cause I'm running 20's? I'll try to get some pictures of the gap a little later on today.

do you have any problems with the wheels scrubbing when you turn them all the way or when you go over bumps or anything?

wow you just made my day with that pic. 20's and eibach look perfect together for my taste. that is one clean accord :thmsup::thmsup:

None on turning..I haven't hit any major bumps yet but so far the drive has been great with no problems.

Wish I had the money to buy some rims and drop mine, I just keep looking at your car. Hopefully I can get mine tinted soon, thats all I got in the budget for now.

Hey at least you have the car right? And plus all my stuff is credit so I'm not "balling" out of control by any means. By the time you're ready to get your stuff you'll have more of a selection so that's always good.

Perfect. Lose the splash guards and you're set.

Something about that first picture - I think the decline of the driveway - makes the car look like it was raised! The wheel gap is much smaller, but the car looks high.

That second picture looks a lots better. I think she shadow may help hide space under the car.

To me, just my personal opinion, the really low profile 20s make the 08 coupe look like a bodybuilder who only trains the upper body. I would go with the fatter tire to help reduce the gap and for a better ride. Not to mention, it would make the tire look more substantial.

Oh, I am the STUPID one in the forum today...You posted the before and after...now I understand why it didnt impress me. I was so stuck on that first image.

I take back what I said above. Car looks MUCH better AFTER the drop.

Trust me the gap was pretty bad in the back. The first picture is actually level I just had the camera a bit tilted. I agree on the tires and I'll probably jump to thicker tires the 2nd time around. BTW heres a pic of the gap on the rear before the drop. I'm sure the angle of the pic had something to do with it looking higher than normal but it was high none the less.

Just remember if you go with 40 series tires your speedo is going to be that much more off.

I think it looks sick with the wheels and the drop. I cant wait for my damn car to get here so I can put mine on.

Couldn't tell how small that wheel gap was earlier today before the new pics, and jeez that is so much smaller than mine with the stock 17's. That looks incredible though

great comparison pics.... 4x4 stock vs sharp & proper ... with Honda could have met us half way w/ the bone stock springs.... I see many other 'new' cars with FWD ...and 2 drs that don't set near as high OEM...

did you have another thread where you took more pictures after you got your new rims? i'd like to have a closer look at +38 offset. :p

Have you had any rubbing issues with the wheel and tire combo you picked?

You know what would really finish off the look of your car?
One of those huge a$$ break pad sets that you see on porsches and bmw's, painted red. I think some infinities have them too.

How about a shot from the rear Im curious about the footstep and where the wheel ends in comparison to the fender.. Im thinking about 20' X 10's on 275 40 20's in the rear But not sure if its too wide...
