Reading the manual last night and it apperas they suggest 32 PSI on the EX-L I4 but 35 PSI on the V6 if you are racing. Is there an issue with raising the PSI to 34 or so to squeeze more mileage? Or does this stress the tires too much?

Yep......I ran 36psi all the way around. Drove much better IMHO. Its all subjective as you know.

Did you notice a mileage boost? I think I will do the same.

Is the 32 PSI recommendation for an empty vehicle or fully loaded?

No, didnt notice an increase in fuel economy........the car just rides a little bit harder and feels sportier. I hate a cushy ride.

Taking the pressure up to 35psi won't hurt anything. I think it will help fuel economy and probably tire life.

It actually mentions racing in the manual?

Yes - something to the effect of fast straight driving on a controlled circuit. Was strange to see that in the manual.

The dealer actually delivered mine with exactly 35 psi all around.
