H11 foglight upgrade?

Anyone know if the 98+ Accord or TSX: H11 (halogen) foglight bulb can be upgraded from Halogen to some type of super bright PIAA family bulb? My buddy just got a TSX and wants to upgrade to something more comparable to his HID's.

I also have the same problem. I already sent an e-mail to PIAA asking what type of bulb I can use to replace those H11 bulbs. I'll keep you guys posted once they respond. ;)
