guess it pays to be in an area where there are more than enough pine trees!
although i don't have a live tree because my cats would have WAY too much fun with one! they already broke one fake one! :blah: i'm not to sure of the cost, but my guess is you could get a decent one for $20/$25 here.

It all depends on what you want! 6-7 foot tree 35 bucks 6-7 foot balled tree 120 bucks 20 ft blue spruce 500-800 bucks...
If you want that on balled thats about 2k set in your yard:D
Myself, I've had the same tree for 15 years.. Barcana is the manufacturer.. nice artificial tree!
Here's a picture of the same style as mine......

Pretty! It has a very realistic look!
This is ours.... now before you tease about the large amount of gifts remember there's 7 of us here now, plus about half are going to other households... nieces, nephews & such. Normally, they're nicely organized....but we keep finding more to wrap & stuffing them under...well, around it.
MY tree would be in red & gold, but we let the kids use their stuff....blue & silver. We wanted them to feel at home while under our roof. It's a a real one, but I have no idea what kind this year.... it was the shape & size I wanted. It's a bit longer lasting looking than what I normally get. I never remember the kind, I just know what it looks like....

I've often wondered what an alien would think if he/she walked into our homes at Christmas time.

Everyones trees look Really nice!!!
This is our 1st year with a bow topper and not an Angel..
We looked a Michaels and a bow the size of ours was $75  thats nuts!!!
Bought enough ribbon to make 2 and ribbon to spare for $20 and pulled out the old bow maker and made myself;)
Heres a different angle lit.... 1/2 the presents are still in the basement wrapped and hidden unwrapped(SANTA):D

The elf ladder is a nice touch!
I've been debating about doing a ribbon type next year. We normally put bows (about 3" ones) all over. Our top is a pointy thing.... (this year it's a giant snowflake)
I think aliens would think we sure store stuff in weird places!!:D Or maybe we have pet trees...

Our humble tree. Good thing my son doesn't come here or he might see the Hummer before I get it wrapped. Oh and the valve cover on the right is my present to me. :D

There you are!!
Pretty tree!
How patient & grown up of you to put the gift from you to you under the tree. When those kinds of things arrive here I have grab them & wrap them or they never make it under the tree!
One year I accidently got a shipper in trouble when I stashed a box that arrived when he wasn't home & didn't tell him either. He called & complained when it hadn't arrived as promised. Opps!
