This is Tink's engine bay BEFORE any service or cleaning.
Her saying "ahhhhh" getting ready for the attention.
And her up on jacks stands. She got her fluids changed, tires rotated, brakes checked, then washed & Zaino'd.

Good for you girl. Get her ready to the next round in Houston (and a little in Cali). The finish looks superior, may have to try Zaino one of these days.

This is the old ATF...still red....but doesn't matter...got changed. I'm not convinced color makes any difference.
The AT drain plug.... no debris on it!!
After it was all done, we put her in the driveway & wash her. Put in the garage to dry & zaino her.....
ALL done....I need a nap.... it was a several hour adventure....:)
Tomorrow we'll do the Ridgeline.....:paranoid:

She hadn't been washed yet...... but I'm proud to say there's no swirl marks & she holds her shine nicely. I want one more day with her paint before she gets shipped off to TX!
Gotta get her ready for those TX size bugs!!!

Thanks for posting Princess. I'm always amazed how dirty the interior air filter gets.
Btw ... I drove through Texas once and the front of my car got one hell of a bug 'beard'.

I wear tiaras from time to time:D.... usually at least on day of a Disney Park. I have quite a collections. This is one of my small ones. I have several this size to wear with ponytails.
My car had a bug collection from last weekends' trip to Disneyland. (my last for who knows how long) But none of those paint melting lovebugs that I'm sure to find in TX!! There were a few large juicy ones on the windshield. I took car of those the other day. I just can't handle running around in a BUGGY car!!
Tomorrow I may take some sunshine shots.... while he's changing the Ridgeline's fluids.
I was sure getting some interesting looks from people passing by when I was outside today.... I didn't put it together....but I'm guessing the tiara with over-alls may be why!:dunno:
This area gets black widows, but we've never had too many. Once in a while in the pool shed.... sometimes on the RV pad at the boat. I've never had one indoors. Inside we get those tiny bodied long legged light brown ones. They claim they are more poisonous than a black widow, but their mouths are too small to bite people. I haven't tested the theory. They aren't "daddy long legs"... those have a round tick like body with the long legs. The ones I'm talking about like inside or out. You can find them on most porches, corners... where ever.
I DID notice the 6 legs..... I just thought it was a special TX breed!!:)

Today was the Ridgeline's turn....
Engine oil, ATF, transfer case oil, VTM oil, cabin filter, air filter, tires rotated, everything checked out..... then washed & zaino'd. If anyone tries to tell me it's just a "little truck"...they're nuts!! We spent several hours on that thing!! I was at one end & he was at the other... using different stages of the products. Unlike mine, it also needed the interior vacuumed & leather treated. :D

It's been part of my life since I was just a munchkin.... I helped my dad & brother from as early as 5 years old!
By the way....that hairy arm on the hand holding the AT plug isn't mine!!!:lmao: I thought I should point that out.....:paranoid:

I forgot to say that during the tire rotation he checked the air pressure in all of them... including the spare.
All 4 tires had seeped down to 26-27 lb. All were aired up to 32.5, where I like it.
Check your spares!! Mine was down to about 20 lb. It's supposed to be 50 lb.
I haven't even driven her since she was all spruced up & now she's dusty! I parked her outside for 2 nights (in the carport). So she's already got pollen on her. Most will blow off when she take me out to dinner tonight.
